Auxiliary Support 

  

The mission of the Auxiliary is to assist the Gideons in their single objective of reaching the lost for Christ. We accomplish our purpose through prayer, personal testimony, personal work, association for service, and placing and distributing the Bible-God’s Holy Word-or portions thereof in approved venues. Emphasize the purpose statement in your own words. The Auxiliary serves several critical roles to the successful implementation of the Sowers of Seed strategy. 

  

1. Provide prayer for the Holy Spirit to lead as Gideons seek opportunities for open doors and open hearts of the Pastors. That they clearly understand how great an opportunity this is to work with the Gideons in training, equipping and engaging their local church congregations to share Jesus with the lost and unchurched in their community.  

       

2. Personally support planning and preparation for Annual Pastor Workshops.  Preparing evangelistic tool box packets to share with Pastors during Annual Event Workshops and One on One Presentations to individual Pastors. 

   

3. Personally work to support Pastor events, planning meals, guest relationships, decorations and other details as needed.
